The fact that those rat-bastid insurance companies are far quicker to approve panniculectomies for men based on the particular complaint you mention than they are for women. Let a guy just hint at having an impediment to sexual function and they start throwing money at him, PRONTO! Now don't misunderstand me, I am very sympathetic to guys so inflicted, but it galls me what women have to go through to try and get covered for this very same surgery.
