If you appreciate the Cheese Slave blog, you might be interested to know

that she's going to be doing an online cooking class, about using

grass-fed meats, cheeses, bacon, etc.

It apparently runs about $125 for a three month class.

She says the class is both SCD and GAPs friendly; if I had the $$ just

now, I'd be interested in taking it. Yah can't know too much about

cooking if you're an SCDer.
