Guest guest
Sue~ Well, yeah! You do have to lie down with your feet up to get well. When I came home from the hospital after mine, many moons ago, I was so upset by the condition of my home, I mean, with teenagers in the house, and a hubby that thinks something far less than clean is clean, I found grease on everything that I could scrape off with my finger...YUCK! I was so upset, I got the mop out and started with the floor. Found myself bleeding, and the doc sent me to bed! It wasn't long before I was up and at 'em, but I had to do some healing first. You are just working against yourself when you think you will bounce back and be normal before 6 weeks are up! You are in actuality going to extend your convalescence longer than it would normally have been. And remember, the graveyard is full of " indispensable " people! Take care now...work later! Regards~ Jacque Sue, stop and think. What would you tell another person to do? We sure are dumb when it comes to taking care of ourselves. Anyone out there see any " musts " on that list. There is only one " must " and that is taking care of Sue's health. This bleeding is not normal and you know it. Instead of asking the PA, ask the surgeon, he will tell you that bleeding is never normal, but what do you expect when you never gave your body a chance to heal from major surgery Do I sound really pissed at the way you are treating your body? I hope so.
