Not sure if this would be considered a shake, but my personal favorite

is " Apple Pie A La Mode " : get canned apple pie filling, some vanilla

ice cream, and milk and blend. It's soooo yummy.

OHHHH blenders arent they just great hmmmm.....

Ok one of my faves, Beans on toast! Pot Noodles, Sunday roasts!

Stew, Broth, curries, chilli. I just had my normal meals just that

they were served through a straw. Pizza isnt so great! Experiement

with everything in your cupboards!

I found these really and quite suprisingly gorgeous despite the look.
