Hi Kay,

It is probably a good thing you are able to take off another 2

weeks. I actually should of started back part time and worked my way

back slowly. The only good thing is that my summer student is here

until August 11th still basically doing my job while I am sitting

back. So that really is a blessing right now.

You have a few weeks to get you some recipes together for going back

to work. This is something I did not think about before returning.

The Boost drinks really come in handy. Another good idea came up

today and that was blending something together in the morning and

putting in a thermos or bring to work and heat up. We have a

smoothie store here at the airport, so I will probably hit that a

few days a week.

So how is your recovery going? We have both made it to 4 weeks post-

op..YAHOOO!
