Guest guest
I'm 6 weeks out of upper, lower, and wisdom teeth removal. Compared to how I was when I left the hospital I'd say I'm 95% better. I finally have been able to eat things like spaghetti and ravioli which feels like a blessing. For all of those who are currently going through recovery or will soon be undergoing surgery, just keep your head up. There are going to be times when it feels like it's just never going to end. The recovery is neither run nor easy. It will get a lot easier as the weeks go by. If you have to wear a splint the turning point will be when they remove it. Once the splint comes out you are finally able to drink and eat 100% easier. The rewards of this kind of surgery GREATLY outweigh the hardship that is recovery. At 6 weeks out I still have a ways to go. Still looking at a lot of orthodontic and endodontic work. As far as I'm concerned it's just water under the bridge. Just keep your head up everyone. I promise you that is without question worth it.
