We just had this discussion. The company that made Larabars has been sold.

Digestive Wellness no longer carries them. I ate them and did fine with them

until this summer when stress and other factors, possibly too many Larabars made

me feel unwell for a while. I have decided to stop eating them.

Not me. I've used Larabars, but they were bought out by a Big Company,

and I choose to just wrap some pecan halves in pitted dates for a snackl

when I don't have time to make my own bars.
