Can I eat this margarine?

Rape seed oil, sunflower oil, vegetable fat, water, salt, E471 (Mono-

and diglycerides of fatty acids ) rape seed lecithin, e472c (Citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids ), vitamin A and D + carotenes

(color).

This is another:

Vegetable fat, soy oil, water, soy lecithin, Mono- and diglycerides

of fatty acids , vitamin A and D, carotenes and aroma (not specified)

And the third type:

Sunflower oil, palm oil, coconut oil, water, carrots juice, soy

lecithin, citron juice and " naturally taste "

I have found a recipe that calls for butter ;) Karianne,

Why would you want to eat margarine? They're all noted for having

stuff in it that's hard to identify and these sound that way, too.

You can sub butter for any recipe that calls for marg. We did this

in reverse when I was a kid and the " experts " were trying to

get us all off that evil butter.

I don't think she wants to eat margarine per se, she wants to make the recipes

which call for

butter, which she can't have because she reacts to it dairy.

Karianne, what are the recipes? We can help you think of substitutes.
