I posted the first question, I think about the usability of the Carb Down

Beverage. Now our Safeway in California has FF, 2%, Whole and Chocolate flavors

of Carb Countdown. I still haven't tried it but do so want to make Boston Clam

Chowder with it.

So , was the bottom line you don't recommend it because there is moo in

it? How much could there be with the carbs so low? I'm not trying to be

difficult but I don't want to stop my success for the taste of milk wantabee.

Has anyone tried it and had bad weight gains? I don't seem to have the lactose

intorence but I haven't tried any " real " stuff so I guess I'm not sure. But

yogurt and cottage cheese don't bother me.

I'm sorry if people might be getting tired of this thread but I've just tried to

do some catching up with all the responses and I'm more confused than every.
