It can't hurt, . I would think that it would allow energy to

be shifted to healing, even if the eyes don't specifically need the

protein. I think this is a pretty easy surgery to recover from.

Hi family, I have a question about the protein loading before

surgery,does

this help any and all surgeries? I did the protein loading before my

plastic

surgery this past July and I think it helped my rapid recovery but

in a few weeks

I am having cataract surgery..will it help that? in

Protein helps in the healing process especially muscles. I would

think it would help with the cataract surgery too. It certainly can't

hurt anything.

Protein is the essential building block of everything in the body -- so yep,

it will help eyes heal too.

Cataract surgery is not at all hard to get over my 86 year old mother had

both hers done, she hardly eats anything, and breezed right through it.
