Have you tried the easy things? Plenty of warm/hot compresses (lie

down) and you can alternate with cold as well. Use a normal saline

solution (1/4 teasp salt dissolved in 1/2 cup water), a Neti pot is good

but you can also just put it in your hand or a small dish and snuffle it

up. Doesn't feel too wonderful to snuffle it but it gets gunk out and the

salt water is also therapeutic. Vitamin C should help if you have

an infection. To take, not to snuffle, I hasten to

add!

Two days now I have had a terrible head ache.. Now if I bend over

there is ALOT of pressure and now it is burning in my sinuses...

What meds are legal for sinus pains and infections? Or do I have to

request something at the pharmacy? Any home remedies?

Besides the neti pot recommendation below (I boil the H2O and fix a couple of

quarts at a time so I can use it as often as necessary), pseudoephedrine and

Mucinex really work for me. Artful
