You can filter out the “mother” (Apple Cider

Vinegar) yeast by pouring the vinegar through a coffee filter. I have done that

in the past when I could not find filtered ACV.

Ayup! I generally say that if it was possible to mess something up, I

almost certainly managed it every time the first year I was on the diet.

I think the one thing that didn't go squirrely on me was making yogurt, a

fact which seems to astound most people.
