Hi , Thanks for the input. I'm trying to see what other OS

are charging and what the insurance companies are allowing. This

part has been real frustrating as the OS office didn't send in the

medical justification (they did 2 years ago, but BCBS doesn't do pre

approvals, so they should have resubmitted OS letter with the

bill). Supposedly the OS office is sending additional information,

but I'm going to call them this week to make sure.

And then when they sent to Tricare (husband's retired military),

they indicated the surgery was in the office, so they didn't pay for

it. Also they didn't send information about the other insurance so

I have to fax them the EOB. Gr..Gr.

I'd just like to get this finished up as they keep sending me

bills. The hospital bill was $28000, but insurance allowed about

$8000 and paid all but $100. Tricare picked up the $100 after I

called them 3 times and faxed them my EOB from BCBS. It shouldn't

be this complicated, but I have dealt with this for years having

done my Dad's and grandmother's health insurance - not to mention

the kids, etc.

I am really looking forward to that day. But my teeth don't seem to

be moving even with the double rubber bands. We'll see when I see

the OD in 3 weeks.
