Wow! I am so insanely jealous of you right now! Congratulations! I am only

one week post op, and am looking forward to my OD appointment in a few

weeks. He told me anywhere between 3-9 months of braces post-op, but I am

hoping to be done closer to 3 months, like you! This week was definitely a

trip, and it is truely good to hear how well your experience turned out

Congratulations

I am 3 1/2 weeks post op and I should have my braces off sometime in

March if all goes well.

I agree with you that it is all worth it. I am banded not wired

which is great. I just can't get over the fact that my teeth

touch...it is so cool!!

thrilled you must be to be finally getting rid of those braces. I've

been in mine just nine weeks now and it has felt like an eternity. I

know that I will be so happy to get mine off when I'm all done,

m 36 yr old male and have my lower jaw forward ,and hence my smile is

NOT GOOD and i never smile when i need to take a photo .My teeth dont

match each other ,though i still havn't had any dental problems .i m

thinkng of doing a surgery to correct the same.

I MIGHT DO IT on the 2nd week of november.
