You can call zipnsqueeze directly to confirm that they received your order, and you can call paypal directly to follow up on the order that way too. I have no idea why you haven't heard anything. Usually, I've gotten a confirmation of payment/ordering from paypal AND a confirmation from the seller. Definitely call!!! and Good luck! I hope you get it sorted out soon.
