Hi Joanne,

Was your payment confirmed by paypal? You can call zipnsqueeze

directly to confirm that they received your order, and you can call

paypal directly to follow up on the order that way too. I have no idea

why you haven't heard anything. Usually, I've gotten a confirmation of

payment/ordering from paypal AND a confirmation from the seller.

Definitely call!!! and Good luck! I hope you get it sorted out soon.

I'm not thrilled with paypal myself, but for different reasons. It's

always something, huh?!
