I always add more almond flour and make 2 crusts, but you could make a thick crust, just bake it longer (I bake the crust for about 5-8 minutes before adding toppings and baking again). I especially like it with provolone cheese, thinly sliced fresh tomato and fresh, snipped basil. And a sprinkle of freshly grated parmesan. In a bowl mix the above ingredients together add more flour as needed to form a ball. 2. Oil a pan with olive oil (we use a pizza pan) add the dough ball press with hands forming to the shape of a small pizza crust, don't worry if its not as big as the pan. 3. Preheat the oven to 350 with the pan & crust (this alows the crust to set up and brown a bit, by the time the oven heats up the crust should be crisp and ready for the toppings.) 4. Remove from oven top with: Sliced Tomatoes, Harvarti cheeze, Basil & Oregano 5. Drizzle with olive oil bake for 10 min.

Guest guest
Does anyone have an idea of how using goat cheddar instead of parmesan might affect this crust? , mom to > > > > > Carol > > > > CD 22 yrs SCD 5 yrs > > > > http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes-pizza/johns-pizza/?tid=1 & oid=146 & sid=f1ddf3 > > 20f999ec237d93342fd176c667 >
