Eileen, sometimes fiber helps bulk up the stools, but it's hard to tell if you

will tolerate it or it will make the D worse. You might want to try adding more

cooked, peeled , deseeded but pureed vegetables to your diet to see if this

helps, or the nut butters. Calcium helps with D and also the DCCC, if you can

get it.

- i can't tell what my body is liking or not as all i have is D - so i'm

concentrating on getting firmer bm - maybe i should just eat and let it come?

i had just added my calc powder the other day and tons of dccc cheesecake then

had an increase in D -so went to this nothing diet -but here I am same amount of

d today - I spoke too soon about feeling stable before -1 sip of scd elyte and

right to the bathroom - it was just waiting for anything by mouth to trigger it

- that's why I keep thinking there's no way to firm this without steroid for

inflammation ??? why eat this horible broth and pureed chicken if cheesecake

gives me the same affect right?? or am i trying to talk my way out of this - lol
