Guest guest
Eileen, sometimes fiber helps bulk up the stools, but it's hard to tell if you will tolerate it or it will make the D worse. You might want to try adding more cooked, peeled , deseeded but pureed vegetables to your diet to see if this helps, or the nut butters. Calcium helps with D and also the DCCC, if you can get it. PJ > > when you do get D for months do you stick with intro /stage 1 that whole time - i can't tell what my body is liking or not as all i have is D - so i'm concentrating on getting firmer bm - maybe i should just eat and let it come? will it be able to firm up if i go stage 2 etc?? > thanks > eileen > i certainly feel less gurgly more stable insides today day 2 of broth/chicken/scd elyte only >
