Anyone see significant cosmetic improvement in their face from surgery?

Hello All-

So as some of you may know, I am having this surgery primarily for

cosmetic reasons (I have lower face assymetry, and a long chin) I

wanted to know if others have had significant cosmetic improvements

from the surgery. I really hope to see an improvement in my appearance

after all of this is over. I don't want to be disappointed and look in

the mirror and feel that nothing has really changed after the surgery.

I do however have realistic expectations.
