OK, O wise ones! Latest labs & dexa: the last 3 years Ferritin was 31/18/14

(range 10-232). Yes, I see the writing on the wall. I've been taking

Niferex, and after doubling up this past year, it's still on that slippery

slope.

So, back to PCP I go, and ask to try Chromagen Forte. Now, that iron list that

someone posted shows 3 different Chromagen products. It is the Forte, right?

Also, I don't see that it has intrinsic factor, anyone know if it does?

(Posting site again as I'm sure some haven't seen it):

Also, 2nd dexa still shows osteopenia. Just an FYI, my sister (always thin,

not a WLS patient) is 1 year older than me, and has opsteporosis. So,

although I didn't have a baseline pre-WLS, it may be genetic and not related to

the

WLS...we'll never know. So, have to go see my gyno for meds. Now, I know

Fosomax is a pouch burner, but what about the others? I think the consensus was

Myacalcin, although I believe some have had a bad reaction. So, what can we

try and what can't we?

Thank you!
