Guest guest
Since yesterday, if I send a message to the list, I'm getting e-mails back from Amazon.com regarding job applications and just received another one with the Graduate-OSSG in the subject line and what I was responding to from a return address of swip@.... Did I somehow get this virus that everyone is talking about. I never open up an e-mail that I don't recognize the name. I opened up this last one, because though I didn't recognize the person's e-mail address, it was in response to something from the Grad group and just thought it was ok. Have enough crap going on that I don't need a virus in my computer to boot. Just wondering. Regina

Guest guest
Waiting for Tim to get home. That's how I take care of it. He's the computer Kahuna, not me. I have Norton Anti-virus and also a firewall up and running, so don't know what gives with this. Guest guest
Are you sure you have it? Did you run a virus scan? I'm getting those same emails, ran a full scan this morning, and it came up clean. If you see anything from jobquestions@amazon, kayk@amazon or swip@....(something), just delete it. It may be that person or people that have the virus. If you haven't yet run a scan, do it, just in case. in NJ ******************************* > i have a virus also > how do we get rid of it? > > janice > >
