Guest guest Posted September 27, 2010 Report Share Posted September 27, 2010 I am still trying to figure out the yogurt making. I've tried different starters and just got the Progurt starter. The first batch I made turned out fine, a little runny. But the next batch separated into whey and a thick/stringy/hardish substance. I checked the yogurt's temp when i took it out of my dehydrator; it was about 110. It still smelled like yogurt. I put some in the blender and then tried it. It tasted like yogurt with hardish chunks that wouldn't blend smooth. Any ideas? Should I still use it for smoothies? Thanks, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
