You're sooo smart Terry! Problem being for me is that I have to have atleast

12 oz of water to mix with my protein shakes...thus these lil cups aren't big

enough! I know, I know, VitaMom says I'm drinking 'dirty sock water'...I

can't stand em any thicker though! Can I redeem myself though by saying I only

drink ProScore 100 (chocolate)?! LoL!

Good idea Terry, Now all I need is a few rug rats! Note to newer group

members about this. DO NOT premix protein and water and then leave it in the car

to

use later. The protein breaks down. Thats why and others remind us to

drink the protein drinks within 30 minutes or less.........

Besides those little bottles, you know what a great thing for traveling with

protein is? The plastic cups with lids that they give to kids in

restaurants. They're the perfect size for a couple of scoops of protein and

the lids fit nice & tight. When you want to make a protein, just pour in

some water, shake & drink. I usually ask for new lids before we leave the

restaurant so that the straw hole isn't punched out - that can get messy

when you shake it. :)

This is the method I use for all my protein during the day when I

work. I also add UpCalD in each one to get my calcium in so easy!

Umm, but I don't stop with 2 bottles. I have about 2 dozen. There are

some in my car, in my DH's truck, in my purse, in my gym bag, in my

desk drawer (not that I see my desk often as I am usually traveling

between schools), in a hanging basket in my kitchen, and at my

neighbor's house. I am covered no matter where I go. I CAN'T be

without my protein! <grin>

I do the exact same thing! LOL Every time we go to Pizza Hut, I make

sure all 4 kids get the little cups and we get lids too, but the

kids don't use them. So I have plenty of perfect sized shaker cups

now thanks to Pizza Hut...

The correct term is Dear Husband....but there are times I wish it meant Dead

Husband. He is driving me cray today with the Super Bowl. Every TV in the

house is on the game. He would have put one in the bathroom if there was a

spare...geeesh.......

A friend of mine who also had wls is hooked on Diet Snapple Ice Tea, so

whenever she comes over I always but her a few bottles. I use those for

protein powder when I go out or for our little extended day trips over

overnighters. Works like a champ and if I know I'll be seeing Carol I

can throw them away and not have to wash them out because I know I'll be

getting some new bottles. Talk about lazy. LOL

You're close. Technically, it means " dear husband. " But, it could

be " demented husband, " too. LOL

Mine tried to bring the laptop into the bathroom with him. Um, NO! lol. I

like the commercials, but this year they haven't been terrific, except of

course the Cialis one, and that wasn't even meant to be funny - at least I

don't think it was. lol.
