Guest guest
I posted earlier this evening but wanted to edit my profile. I apologize. I'm a 37-year-old wife and mother of three boys; I just recently found the Yahoo OS support groups when my orthodontist sort of casually mentioned that I should consult with a surgeon. His office assistant said that she'd had the surgery, and it took me a couple of times hearing the word " orthognathic " before I figured out that it was a real word!! Anyway, I'm ever so grateful to all of you who graciously post to this website, as you have done the best job of demystifying this process. The information presented here and on the other two sites is the most useful I have found so far--and I personally can't get enough of reading your posts!! Just for fun I have started my own web blog all about my own braces/OS experience so far (which isn't very far): http://wackyteef.blogspot.com/ Come by and take a look and see if it isn't a familiar story. Meanwhile, I'll keep reading your posts!
