I think that Elaine says the homemade yogurt each day is sufficient for keeping good stuff in your system, but I wanted to know where the people here fall on this. Do most just do the yogurt, or do many supplement with an acidophilus pill as well? I know when I was diagnosed my acidophilus was almost non-existent, so we knew I had an imbalance there. I'm finally stepping away from the probiotics my Naturopath has me on because of the bifidum in them. I'm cautious though of just going the yogurt way, and am unsure if that will be sufficient.
