Guest guest
My non-RSS daughter had this done over a year ago and she did really well with popsicles. Our big problem was that she was that the pain meds made her throw up so she was miserable until day 3. But back to her normal self at about day 7 or 8. I don't know if they warned you but her voice will change for about 6 weeks and then it goes back to normal as she heals. Good luck!
Guest guest
Hi, Emerence had 4th set of tubes and partial adenoidectomy in Jan. She was not quite 3 and did fine. However, I know the tonsils are farther down in the the throat so more likely to cause her not to want to eat. Make sure you ask for D10 (Dextrose 10 ) in her IV to keep her blood sugars stable. I brought drinkable yogurts that she likes from home and keep them in the frig on the floor... , mom to 6 and Emerence 3 SGA > > Hi, > I posted a while back about the subject above for Maddison my > daughter.
