Guest guest
If I were in your situation, I would get a second opinion from a WLS surgeon. Sometimes a surgeon will say something cannot be fixed, when another surgeon will say that it can. Good luck, don't give up on surgery yet. Barbara Jean I DO NOT HAVE AN ULCER! Guest guest
People who graze eat way more than 5-6 times a day. Grazing is sitting next to the computer with a bowl of nuts or something and munching on the nuts for an hour or two, and then getting up and refilling the bowl for another hour of munching. In other words, grazing is continuous eating. People who graze rarely have actual meals. It is a matter of eating continuously all day. Anyone can do this if they eat slowly and chew well. You can do it on perfectly healthy foods, no sugar. You can do it without dumping or engaging the sugar monster. This is a way of getting as much food as possible within a 24 hour period without dumping or overstuffing your pouch. It is also a really good way to gain weight. Don't ask me how I know so much about grazing. :-) Barbara Jean Re: Re: X Post - Weight Gain > my question is when is eating 5-6 small meals grazing? > > i know the difference in intentionality but calorie wise etc arent we doing the same thing? > > janice
