Hey - no problem! I think you are making the right decision with the

dehydrator. In hindsight, I wish I would have bought one instead of the yogurt

maker- because I'll end up with the dehydrator anyway and I plan on being on

this diet for a long time!

I'm not sure about legal ham, but I just posted some legal bacons in case you

are interested.

I was saying, I'm such a bad cook. I didn't know how to boil an egg up until a

few days ago. I've tried several of the recipes and have had to throw them out.

So I need something easy.

agreed to try it. From 6 to 9 Asacol pills a day and from 50 to 75mg of the 6MP

a day. Yesterday was my last steriod pill. I have bad veins and I'm really

nervous about the Remicade. My husband wants me to try it, but I hear such great

things about this diet from everyone, I'm confident that it will work for me as

well if I just give it time. Does anyone know of a legal ham I could buy? All of

them seem to have brown sugar.

Nope, I have never seen legal ham but I'm sure someone knows of one.

You are very welcome. I wish I would have gotten the dehydrator when I started.

I just wanted to make sure the diet worked for me first.

Then I procrastinated and just got one a few months ago.
