Guest guest
- you have been through soooo much and you are entitled to have some " down " time - and it's completely natural to feel the way you are feeling. Don't beat yourself up about it and DO NOT be embarrassed about anything. We have all been where you are at some point or another and sometimes it feels like life is just too much. Trust me - I know. Once your husband gets a feel for his new job - his stress level will go down dramatically and things will start to be a little less stressful. The good news is that Shriner's is helping with the medical aspects and that is definitely uplifting information. You are doing such a GREAT job and I know that this can all be overwhelming. Please know that we are all here for you and completely understand your frustration levels. You know, sometimes I find myself just looking not even time for myself - but, time to do something " normal " and " fun " for a change. It is so important to do just that for yourself - go to the library and get a new book to read, paint your toenails a funny color (no one will see it under your socks), try a new cheap recipe in a cook book, take up quilting a blanket by hand or crochet (it's so good to do something with our hands - it literally helps releive stress), and the quilting can be done with old clothes so you don't have to buy fabric, color in a coloring book!!! (I love to color - my boys ages 4 and 2 1/2 do not - but, I make them!!) Have a picnic outside on your lawn and forget about the household chores! I have so many ideas.......I won't bore you with them all. My point is to try to have a little fun - but, creatively use your fun without money and you will feel refreshed and re-energized. I'm thinking of you lot's . I hope I've helped in some way. Hugs to . And, thanks for keeping us posted - I've been wondering how she was. - H > > H - > > Well.. is a fighter.. she's got an awful diaper rash from having > the runs..at least she's not throwing up anymore.
