If they are Calcium Carbonate, you will only contibute to possible kidney stones

by taking them. Doesn't GNC advertise that they will let you return anything

you don't like, even if opened? I'd say take it back.

i was at the GNC vitamin shop, and meant to buy my regular

calcium citrate plus, but bought plain calcium plus...i opened before i

realized,

will my body be able to benifit from taking these or best i buy the citrate

now?

I haven't read through all of my inbox yet, so perhaps someone else has

mentioned this, but GNC has a great return policy. You should be able to bring

these back for a refund/exchange with no problems at all, even opened. They

will

take anything back, even if the reason is as simple as " I didn't like the way

it tasted. " Now, sometimes you have to REMIND the clerk or store manager of

the company's policy if they balk -- but they should/will take it back.

policy at GNC....i had thought because i opened it, a return/exchange was not

viable...so good to hear that it is,
