Hey Chrissy - Well, I know I mentioned to you that Ian's blood

sugars were 67 after his waking from his nap. He ate pretty good at

dinner and he was in a much happier mood. When I took his blood

sugar before bed it was 109 at 8 pm - and he didn't drink much for

his bed-time snack. He also felt warm, I took his temperature and

it was 99.3. So, this all may be related to a sickness. Have you

noticed that Maddy's b/s gets more wacky around a sickness?

I've bothered you sooooo soooo much today - and you have enough to

deal with. Thank you again so much for taking the time to chat with

me about all this. I promise I won't call you with EVERY blood

sugar result! LOL

BTW - has just been SO demanding - he's been crying all

night over the littlest thing. I think I hurt his little feelings

because I've been so focused on Ian - on the computer, trying to get

Ian to eat, checking his b/s, etc. I think I'm going to take

somewhere just the two of us this weekend. Maybe we'll go

on an adventure! <grin>. I tried your idea though about making the

b/s checks more fun for Ian by " incorporating " into the

picture. It helped a little. In the end though - he still said

word for word - " Mommy, don't do that anymore. Don't hurt me

anymore. Okay? You make me sad mommy " . Can you beleive it? That

just about killed me. Of course, I said - " Mommy didn't do it -

did! LOL Oops - probably not a good idea for the future!

LOL

Thanks again. Hope you have a nice evening. And, thanks for the

picture of Ian - I LOVE IT.

- H
