Guest guest
Oh, I don't know if I should say I hope it is chickenpox (get it out of the way) or not!!! There have been a couple studies on asymmetry and GHT, which found that leg length asymmetry did not increase as the child grew and got older. Interesting, because one would think that the asymmetry would need to increase to stay in proportion. 's leg length asymmetry has stayed pretty much the same (was 7mm and today was 8mm, which is small). But her leg circumference has definitely increased, but keeping roughly a 94% proportion. So as her body gets bigger, the difference stays the proportionate difference but that difference is larger and larger in terms of cms.... Hope that makes sense for anyone else reading this. Been doing some research the last hour or so. 's scoliosis is VERY mild right now, and in a " wait and monitor. " Many kids with 12 degrees get NO treatment. I think the doctor was probably preparing us because he felt that if she went from 0 to 5, and then from 5 to 12, that it isn't going to stop. We'll just take it one day at a time. is in her room sobbing her heart out right now, because her brother bothered her. But she yelled " you are just making the worse day of my life even worser.... " Can you tell she is entering puberty??? HA!!! > > > > Well, we just got home from our annual orthopedics checkup. I am > > sure glad that we go every year!
