I got approved on my insurance for my revision. I go in a half

hour. I am very th.iursty, but that is OK. I did not understand the

regurg I was having was a leak in my staples. That is whaat got it

done. Then he is going to put some chemical into the stoma, four

shots to make scar tissue to close the hole. I will report when I

get back. We are getting ready to start a graduate group here in

Coos Bay in January so us 'out' people can talk about the problems

and how to manaage them rather than being told to not talk or we will

scare off the newbies. Ruby

Wow, good luck, Ruby! I also know many people will be interested to

know if those chemical shots in your stoma really work to form scar

tissue...it could save a lot of people a lot of heartache, not to

mention additional surgery!

I hope you'll find this recovery much easier than your original

surgery. I sure did!
