They now say saturated fat does not raise your LDL. The following article tells about a study that actually showed that it lowered LDL.

Marilyn,

First Marilyn, I really appreciated the posting of your speech. Great

information. So glad to have you around, thanks for starting this group.

You mentioned a few days ago that (if I understood correctly) it is not meat

that raises tthe cholesterol, but carbs. Could you elaborate on that?
