Guest guest Posted December 8, 2003 Report Share Posted December 8, 2003 Well, I just tried the Keto Quick Bake Banana bread (low carb). The consistency is still suspect. Just a wee bit spongy, BUT...the taste is definitely banana bread and it is made in the oven in 35 minutes. I have since topped it with some cool whip and once with a teas. of apricot SF jelly and both times it was delicious (keep in mind that I am not the fuzziest taster and that I eat the worst tasting protein bars that have the most protein and least carbs). Serving size: 3/8 inch 70 cals 2 effective carbs 13 grams of protein 1 gr sugar I don't keep all the SF goodies around the house so this is a nice little treat that really doesn't tempt me to reach for more.
