I have found it at Central Market on Westhiemer. It is usually already broken

up and wrapped in little chunks, but they have more in the back if you want to

buy a whole log. If you ask the cheese people, they will point it all out for

you. :o)

and can tell me where to find it? Or am I looking in the wrong place in the

store?

I always get my Friendship Farmers Cheese at the Central Market on Lamar. Did

you ask at the cheese shop section? I've never had a problem. I buy a big (very

big) loaf for about $25.

Best,

The problem with the farmers cheese is it spoils very easy, my local whole foods

is a bit smaller than some of the other whole foods around Dallas. So, they want

keep it because they say they can't sell because it spoils faster than they can

sell. The larger one does carry it. and Sprouts does too. It freezes very well
