Guest guest
i've just been eating and chewing and stuff...i've not really been stretching or anything....i was at 15 mm the week after he took my bands off...but yeha i've just been moving my jaw alot and eating stuff that requires chewing...i don't know if your OS told you you could chew yet or not but i had the okay too....i'm also a music major so choir i think has really helped with that....and if i'm just sitting around i'll just kinda open and close my mouth and kinda push it alittle bit...if it starts hurting though i stop....good luck ashley > > Hi , > > You are 5 wks post op and can open 20mm all ready! Guest guest
, I have been allowed to chew and stuff for the past 3-4 weeks but I find it difficult to eat things that need a lot of chewing. I have been doing plenty of jaw movements and exercises including the TMJ spatula thing but nothing is happening. I will ask my surgeon when I see him next. __________________________________________________
