Hi all daily reader but rare poster here. I'm 16 mo out on 1/17.

Started at 290 5'4 " and now hover between 133-136 which according to

DH and family is thin enough for me or perhaps too thin. Anyway, I

started back to work after being a stay at home mom for 2 1/2 years

on December 8th. I've maintained my weight but am slipping into

some bad habits and I recognize that. Now my questions are this.

One of the foods I'm enjoying having for a snack is Wheat Thins. I

know they have carbs but does anyone else eat these? Are they a

definite no-no for us or okay since they're wheat? Also my newest

weakness which I threw out tonight is Whole Wheat Ritz crackers with

peanut butter on them. I threw them out because I felt like I was

pre-op. Like I had no control over how many of them went into my

mouth. They just tasted so good that I just kept eating them. I've

done this for 4-5 nights now. I know I have very poor self control

when it comes to food. I didn't get to 290 lbs by having good self

control and making the best choices. Anyway, can you tell me if the

wheat thins are okay and give me that good swift kick I need to get

rid of the Ritz habit (I have little support in my area therefore I

look to my online family for support). Also one last question, does

anyone else get sooooooo cold that your extremities go numb? Or

that they actually hurt because they're so cold? I'm in Florida and

it's truly not that cold here. low 70's in the day and 50's at

night. Anyway, thanks all for you input. All suggestions and

constructive critism welcome. Take care

Robin
