Hmmm... I have to imagine there is some flexibility.

Obviously, if you feel " bad " symptoms when you eat a serving, you will know it

wasn't quite right. But I am betting that it's fine!

get up and take my yogurt off. Well, I woke up half and hour before my alarm

went off, too exhausted to contemplate staying up the half-hour and took my

yogurt off early. So it fermented for less than 24 hours, but just barely so.

I know " just barely so " doesn't necessarily cut it with SCD, and I'm thinking of

adding one of those lacteeze or whatever those lactose-digesting products are.

Trouble is, I live rurally and would need to mail order, and I, of course, want

my yogurt now. Could I put it on to brew for another hour? Or any other

suggestions?

I think I have heard of others doing this. But I'd take it longer, 2-3 hours to

give it time to get back up to the temperature.
