Remoulade would work.

Or stir in some Creole BBQ seasoning to some tomato juice and cook it

down.

What about a hot salsa? I use that for eggs and random leftover meat. Delicious with roast beef or even white fish.I just make a homemade salsa with tomato, onion, green pepper, jalapeno (or habanero which is hotter) pepper, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic, sea salt. Process all in a food processor. You can make it fermented if you want to (even hotter).

Can you believe that -I- Jodi can eat really crazy hot spicey food?

Never in my wildest... It is friggen delish and wonderful in the summer. It's actually cooling.
