Dear Lori: you are right, and it could be too, as you said, that the

therapist's 'alliance 'with the insurance co was dropped or some such. The

therpist

still owes it to the patient to give a full explanation, to renegotiate then,

and if something cannot be worked out, then a proper termination and specific

referral to bridge the gap.

You're a social worker Lori, God bless you. Where would we be without people
