Z's house ..we've accepted an offer!!!

Hey you guys...our other

house...we've just signed the offer papers!!!!

It looks like a great deal...finally no more having two houses, double

taxes , double utility bills, double insurance

and so much more aggravation!!! It had been on the market since Sept.

2007!

We moved out Feb. 2008...so it has been just sitting there aggravating

us all this time.

Hopefully settlement will be in March.

I'm counting this great news as an early 66th B-day for ME..January

25th is around the corner

and I plan to celebrate.

We've had our B-day dinner with all the January B-days.. is Jan.

8, Sam is Jan. 15th and I'm the 25th.

That was this past week-end due to the scheduling of work hours and

kids stuff. Anyway my

B-day is off and running and I'm planning to celebrate until the end of

the month.
