Here are the links that sent to me regarding canker sores/herpes simplex.

I think after reading the info my problem is the canker sores. Carol, I don't

know if these links will help you or not.

It was interesting to learn that one of the causes of canker sores can be from B

vitamin deficiencies. (one of my docs suggested a B-12 deficiency based on

something else and I am getting new blood work done this week)

One of the recommendations I am going to try is rinsing with 50/50 Milk of

Magnesia and Liquid Benadryl as both of the sites listed this as a help.
