Hi cori

I am 3 weeks post op now and am banded shut. I thought this would be

a big problem, not eating any solid food. The dietician at the

hospital recommended benefibre as opposed to metamucil, it is really

good.

But now I have been eating alot of lentil, bean, veg, etc finely

blended soups and there is no need for any fibre supplements.
