New to group with some questions

Hi everyone,

My name is cody and I a new to this group and the scd diet. I have had uc since

2007 and was recently put on remicade after a bad flare up that resulted in a 2

week hospital stay. I am eager to try this diet and hoping it will help me and

really glad to find this group. I have a few questions...

Does anyone know if braggs amino acid spray is legal?

Does anyone know of a good sublingual vit b supplement that is legal?

Is he drink kombucha legal
