Guest guest Posted October 6, 2010 Report Share Posted October 6, 2010 I'm brand new to the diet and I'm on day 2 intro and I'll probably begin the 2nd phase tomorrow since I did not begin with the severe symptoms listed in the book. My question is, I know that coming off of sugar is hard for me... but I feel like i'm having serious withdrawl. I really really want something sugary and crunchy too... How did you handle the first week or two of SCD? How did you deal with the cravings and possible tiredness/zombie state of withdrawl?
