- my sweet sweet . I am SO Sorry!! I was clearly

thinking that it was NEXT Thursday for some reason. My fault and I'm

so sorry that I didn't ask how you were doing today. Of course I will

think positive thoughts!! I've been thinking of you lot's. Don't

forget about my invitation to contact me personally too. E-mail me

privately if you feel the need. You will do fine!! As a reminder -

and, without speaking for anyone else but maybe will chime

in here - the G-tube has done wonders for Ian and as stressful as I

may have made it seem - it is SO worth it in the end. Please do me

one favor. If Dasia really seems to need the pain meds though - don't

hesitate to ask for at least one little dose of something good. My GI

docs had to be " begged " - but, it made a WORLD of difference for Ian.

I'm not a medicine person - I hate giving my children medicine unless

they really need it. This was the one time I gave in and I was glad

for it. Don't be nervous - these surgeries are done daily. But,

remember, WE are all here for you when you need to talk okay?? And of

course if you have questions when you get home! Keep us posted. You

are and have been in our thoughts.

All my crossing of my fingers and toes and other various body parts and the

numerous prayers seemed to be helpful for , so I shall definitely repeat

the experience tomorrow for Dasia. Please let us know how she, and you, are

doing the first chance you get.

Can everyone think positive thoughts for us tomorrow morning? We arrive at

8:45.

I've been a nervous wreck all day. I know the stress is causing my nausea to

be worse. I just have so much fear of the unknown right now. I've never been

through anything like this before. Thanks everyone!

Yep, you bet. We will be thinking and praying for you and Dasia. I

had already thought of you guys earlier! I was talking to

and mentioned it to her that I thought you guys were going in

tomorrow. I know what you are going through though. I just had all

the nerves and anxiety with 's eye surgery. It sucks, but you

two will make it through.

I will be praying and thinking lots of good thoughts for you and

Dasia. It will all go well and things will be so much better with the

g-tube. I know you are nervous. It is normal, probably compounded by

your pregnancy. It will take a couple of days for Dasia to feel like

moving around. She will be sore, too. Please make sure that the

doctors have a plan for pain management. They tend to wait until a

child is in pain before they prescribe something. I always insist on

a plan BEFORE surgery. Even that does not help sometimes. They plan

for pain management and then don't execute it until requested. Ugh.

Oh , I have been thinking about you guys all day, I just haven't

been able to get to the computer. I know this is so stressful on you,

and I am so sorry, but it will be over soon and Dasia will be back in

your arms ready to start a new, healthier life! I will be praying for

Dasia and I'm sending hugs your way.
