Kim I am not too surprised about your SIL and his lack of acquaintence

with

various veggies. I think this is true for more people than you would

suspect.

I was 25 1/2 when Tim and I got married. One day he came back to our

apartment with a head of broccolli and cauliflower. I had no idea what

they were or what one did with them. Any veggies that I had up to that

point were from a can or frozen and were a very rare thing on our dining

room table. Mostly Mc's, Pizza and TV dinners growing up.
