crowded teeth? too many teeth?

's dentist wants him to see an orthodontist. His teeth are really

crowded..I'm even wondering if it is possible to have too many teeth,

especially since our kids have smaller mouths and jaws? is 9.

Any one else have advice for q's to ask, or even how to pick the right

kind of orthodontist? Has anyone had to actually remove adult teeth?

I think 's speech is being affected, since the saliva is really

pooling in his mouth. We thought we had outgrown this problem, but

people have noticed his speech is becoming slurrier.
