Nikki, I'm not positive, but I don't think iron & zinc should be

taken together, either. I vaguely remember reading something about

this. The way I remember it is the metals should not be taken

together, or with calcium. Maybe someone else can shed some light on

this.

Don't know how I missed that one, since it's the only one I remember to take

regularly.

I don't think that it interferes with anything else, and I just usually take it

as soon as I get up in the morning. So it would go with the early morning set.

(In my case, it's a sublingual, so it's under my tongue before I even get out of

bed, whereas the rest of the early morning ones require some water to go down.)

You might want to bear in mind that calcium citrate is typically only

21% elemental calcium, see http://www.arthritis.co.za/calcium.htm One

500 mg capsule of calcium citrate might contain up to 150 mg calcium.

If your calcium intake target is 1000 mg a day, you might want to take

three of those 500 mg calcium citrate capsules where it is recommended

to take one capsule.
