Guest guest
Nikki, I'm not positive, but I don't think iron & zinc should be taken together, either. I vaguely remember reading something about this. The way I remember it is the metals should not be taken together, or with calcium. Maybe someone else can shed some light on this. in NJ ************************ > > Between 9 and 10 about 1/2 hour or so after eating... > Iron, zinc, multi vit and vit C > between 12 and 1, calcium and vit e >
Guest guest
> What about B-12? > Thanks! Don't know how I missed that one, since it's the only one I remember to take regularly. I don't think that it interferes with anything else, and I just usually take it as soon as I get up in the morning. So it would go with the early morning set. (In my case, it's a sublingual, so it's under my tongue before I even get out of bed, whereas the rest of the early morning ones require some water to go down.) ~~ Lyn

If your calcium intake target is 1000 mg a day, you might want to take three of those 500 mg calcium citrate capsules where it is recommended to take one capsule.
