Guest guest
I have been using Syn-flex for six months or so, and have noticed a dramatic decrease in the arthritis pain in my knees. It is a liquid glucosamine, chondroitin, yucca, boswellin, bromelaine combination, along with Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and Vitamins A and E. I get it from www.activexamerica.com, where you can read about it. I also take MSM capsules - MSM in combination with glucosamine and chondroitin is supposed to be superior to gl and ch alone. Syn-flex costs $29.95/bottle, and a bottle lasts about a month. It is not an anti-inflammatory, and takes several weeks before you would begin seeing any results. It helps build the cartilage in the joints, so your joints have more cushioning, and the pain is lessened. --- 365/194/160 Lap RnY, Distal - Dr. s Vanderbilt University Hospital Surgery date June 3, 2002 ----- Original Message ----- > I know that this has been discussed many times before but I would like to know what kind of Arthritis medicine that we can use and not hurt out little tummies. Guest guest
Ellen, you may want to ask your doctor to include cytotec along with your bextra. I have to take cytotec 3 times a day, bextra once a day to help protect the stomach lining. I was on vioxx and developed a pouch ulcer at 18 mo postop. Be careful...
